BIG PLUS SPINDLES
There’s a reason we employ BIG PLUS spindles in the DVF Series: flexibility. You have the option of using BIG PLUS certified tool holders that give you simultaneous taper and spindle face contact for that added rigidity, accuracy and, most importantly, improved tool life and surface finishes, plus interchangeability with existing standard tool holders.
SPINDLE CHILLER
The refrigeration system on the DVF Series circulates cooled oil around the machine, which means it stays accurate. As a result, the thermal effects of heat generated by the machining process are reduced in a big way.
