The fully integrated 650mm rotary table allows for serious workpiece weight and lessens table deformation. Just about all 5-axis needs are covered, and automation is available for unattended machining. All of this is packaged in a compact footprint, as small as 146” x 97”.
GUIDEWAYS & BALLSCREWS
The DVF 6500 is built with roller LM guideways and oversized ballscrews, which bolsters the accuracy and repeatability of your machining operations.
THAT STANDARD SPINDLE
The 18,000 r/min built-in spindle is powered by a 29.5 horsepower motor, and it comes standard in the DVF 6500.
IMPRESSIVE TOOL CAPACITY
A 60-tool magazine comes standard in the DVF 6500, but if your application calls for it, you can option it all the way up to 120 tools.
